What's the Difference Between an 'A' and a 'B' in Restaurant Inspections?
The Fulton County Department of Health and Wellness inspectors will revisit the restaurant in as little as a week to make sure violations are fixed.
From the Fulton County Department of Health and Wellness, here are the results of some recent area restaurant inspections in North Fulton.
No restaurants that were inspected in the past week received less than a "B" for a health inspection score. But what's the difference between those two grades? For one restaurant this week, it meant failing to make sure all food-contact surfaces were cleaned and sanitized and also keeping the proper cold holding temperature. Neither mistake was considered serious enough to be a known risk factor for food-borne illnesses, however.
