'Truckload of Warmth' Gives Winter Clothes to Less Fortunate

Two Men and a Truck Alpharetta is teaming up with two schools to collect winter clothing items for men, women and children.

A company is teaming up with two schools to help the less fortunate stay warm during the colder months.

Two Men and a Truck Alpharetta is joining forces with the Key Club at Northview High School in Johns Creek and fifth-grade students at Settles Bridge Elementary School in Forsyth County for its Truckload of Warmth initiative. 

The schools are collecting new and gently used winter clothing items, which will be delivered to Forsyth County-based Family Haven before the Thanksgiving holiday.

The project collects items for men, women and children of all sizes. Items needed for the drive are:  

  • Coats, windbreakers, sweaters and sweatshirts
  • Hats, scarves, gloves, and socks
  • Boots
  • Blankets

Residents are asked to drop off these new and/or gently used items to Two men and a Truck's Alpharetta office, located at 1640 McFarland 400 Drive, Alpharetta, GA 30004.
