Owner Dave Filipowitz opened the restaurant in downtown Alpharetta when the first proposal for a downtown revitalization was just getting going. It's been many long years and now, three plans later, he's finally seeing some action downtown. The rerouting of Haynes Bridge Road to make way for the downtown City Center construction has begun, thanks to voters approving a $29 million bond referendum last November.
