This week you had a chance to pick the Best Preschool for the Alpharetta Readers' Choice award, and three choices stood out.
Alpharetta First United Methodist, Kids 'R' Kids of Alpharetta and Alpharetta Christian Academy were getting the most vote action. Here's all of your choices, and there were a lot of them:
Alpharetta First United Methodist started out strong, jumping out with 50 votes in less than a day, and seemed bound to be at the top. But the parents and other supporters of Kids 'R' Kids of Alpharetta soon discovered the survey and gave a strong challenge, with the vote narrowing and trading back and forth at least once.
In the end, Kids 'R' Kids of Alpharetta was the Readers' Choice 2012: Best Preschool, with 196 votes, and 7 reviews. Alpharetta First United Methodist Church Preschool was a strong second with 154 votes and 8 reviews. Alpharetta Christian Academy couldn't keep up, but had 73 votes, or 13 percent of the total.
