Operation CrossFit Opens in Alpharetta

The business moves its operations from outdoors at Wills Park to an indoor facility on Maxwell Road.

Operation CrossFit has a new indoor facility in lieu of the previous outdoor location at Wills Parks kindly offered through the City of Alpharetta’s Recreation and Parks program.

On Saturday, Oct. 27, Operation CrossFit launched a Grand Opening to view the new box located at 11472 Maxwell Road, Alpharetta. The day included college football on TV, raffle prizes hotdogs on the grill, pumpkin painting and candy for children and several vendors whose products support the sport of CrossFit.

During the event, the new location was made official as Alpharetta Mayor David Belle Isle and City Administrator Bob Regus joined Operation CrossFit’s owner, Peyton Warren in a ribbon cutting surrounded by family and friends.

“The official Operation CrossFit Grand Opening was a tremendous success. It was humbling and heartfelt to see support from so many people from the Alpharetta community including Police, Fire, Mayor David Belle Isle and Bob Regus,” Warren said. “I am truly enthused to continue such a tremendous, growing program in our new permanent facility on Maxwell Road.”
