North Fulton CID Elects UPS Executive to its Board

The corporate real estate area coordinator for UPS has been active in the group since 2008.

Keith Steinbrecher of UPS has been elected by the North Fulton Community Improvement District (CID) to its board of directors.

As the corporate real estate area coordinator for UPS, Steinbrecher manages the domestic U.S. and Canada real estate activities for the world’s largest package delivery company. Steinbrecher has been active in the North Fulton CID since his relocation to Georgia in 2008. He previously served as manager of the UPS Southwest Region Real Estate Department in Dallas.

“The CID has had a tremendous impact on transportation and logistics in North Fulton,” said Steinbrecher. “The CID board is truly making a positive impact on the North Fulton community, which is why I wanted to be a part of this group.”

A graduate of St. Louis University in St. Louis, Mo., Steinbrecher holds bachelor’s degrees in accounting and finance. He also serves as vice president of the Glenlake Owners Association.   

Keith has been a consistent presence at our board meetings and events throughout the past two years,” said Ann Hanlon, chief operating officer of the North Fulton CID, in a news release today. “We are truly grateful to have such a strong partner in UPS, and to have Keith formally involved in the work of the North Fulton CID.”

The CID is a self-taxing district of commercial property owners only, whose members pay additional taxes that its board use for projects to improve the district's infrastructure.
