North Fulton Chamber Names Commissioner to Board

Liz Hausmann joins the business group's leadership board.

Fulton County Commissioner Liz Hausmann has been appointed to the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

In a news release from the chamber, its president and CEO, Brandon Beach, said, “Commissioner Hausmann will be a tremendous asset not only to our chamber but to the entire North Fulton community. We are very appreciative and fortunate to have her on our board and we look forward to her contribution to our community.”

Hausmann represents District 3 in North Fulton, which includes the cities of Alpharetta, Mountain Park, Johns Creek, Milton and part of Roswell.

She serves on the Fulton County Pension Boards, and is vice chairman of the Atlanta/Fulton County Water Resources Commission. She was unopposed in the November 2010 general election.

“I am honored to serve on this prestigious board and look forward to playing a role in driving economic development and job creation to the forefront of North Fulton County,” said Hausmann.
