North American Properties Execs Trip Out West Yields Ideas

New owners of Prospect Park property in Alpharetta visit retail centers, send back photos and ideas.

North American Properties' Atlanta office announced plans for a out West to develop ideas for the Prospect Park property on which the development company closed a little more than three weeks ago.

"The trip has yielded a tremendous amount of design inspiration, far exceeding expectations," said Mark Toro, managing partner of the company's Atlanta office.

The source of some of those ideas can be seen on the firm's Facebook and Twitter pages, set up to keep local residents informed. A few of those photos are posted here on Patch, with permission.

The long wait for the graded, but undeveloped, property on Old Milton Parkway near GA 400 and next to Westside Parkway may not last for too much longer.

"We intend to start construction in August 2012, opening Oct. 26, 2013," Toro said.
