Seasonal fashions, jewelry and home interior fashions are available at the new store.

Another merchant has opened for business in downtown Alpharetta, offering seasonal fashions, jewelry and more products in the Lemon Drop Shoppe.

The two-story building off the mini-park at the corner of North Main Street and Milton Avenue is the home for the store, whose owner says customers will find fun and feminine fashion and a selection of stylish jewelry right for every day wear as well as special occasions. The store is designed to be lifestyle boutique, offering customers not only top quality fashions, but also a wide selection of home décor, artwork, skincare products, gourmet drinks & food, furniture and more.

The store carries a wide variety of home interior fashions including furniture, vases, floral, artwork and mirrors. A select few consignment pieces also are available.

Wolfe said he and his partner also own First Team Georgia Realty, a real estate brokerage. He said they feel a retail store such as this one is a perfect blend for their real estate company.

"As the real estate market shifted over the past few years we began diversifying our business and found the trend for Lifestyle Boutiques becoming the next big thing in other states," he said. "This new concept in boutique shopping seemed like the perfect fit for downtown Alpharetta and soon to be Johns Creek as well."

Space has been secured for that second shop on Douglas Road in Johns Creek, scheduled to open in late September.
