La Casa Italian Grill Is Now Open In Historic Alpharetta

A 30-year tradition of serving great Italian food continues with a new restaurant in Alpharetta.

The American dream began for their Cardamuro family more than 30 years ago when they started serving pizza and pasta in the Gwinnett area of Georgia. Pasquale Cardamuro ventured out on his own to fulfill his own dream in 1997 when he opened his very own restaurant called Cardamuro's Italian Cafe in Sugar Hill. He has now continued this dream by opening La Casa Italian Grill in historic Alpharetta.

The historic house that the restaurant uses has been transformed and offers an atmosphere that is causal, yet warm and cozy. This restaurant can easily serve families with children just as well as it could be a great date night restaurant within their three separate dining rooms.

The restaurant makes homemade dishes perfected by renowned chef John Steffes. Cardamuro and Steffes have committed themselves to only serving the finest and freshest meals. They make everything in house and everything is made from scratch. They told Patch that Steffes "infuses every dish he creates with his extensive knowledge and passion for perfection and creativity".

La Casa offers a full bar as well as a large selection of Italian wines to serve with your lunch or dinner. They also have Italian espresso and cappuccino to top off their guest's meals. The menu can be seen here and the restaurant also updates their customers through their Facebook page. Currently, they are taking reservations for their traditional Thanksgiving meal service for a 1 p.m., 3 p.m. or 5 p.m. seating.

Weddings, parties and take out options are available through La Casa. They are located at 37 Old Roswell Street in historic Alpharetta. They can be contacted at 770-609-6311. Their hours are Monday through Friday from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. and 5 p.m.-10 p.m. and Saturday 5 p.m.-10 p.m.
