Alpharetta-based Georgia Automotive Manufacturers Association, Inc. has reached 300 members.
The not-for-profit trade organization made the announcement on Thursday.
"We are thrilled to have reached this impressive threshold in a little over two years from the date of our inaugural meeting," said President & CEO Rick Walker. "We are grateful for all the support we have received from our members and sponsors. From day one, GAMA has been committed to delivering solid value to its members, and we look forward to continuing to deliver ever-increasing value."
Walker noted the benefits GAMA provides to its members include access to OEM's and suppliers, plant tours and meetings to discuss relevant topics in the industry.
GAMA, which started holding regular quarterly meetings in 2011, offers to its members: continual improvement in their businesses; higher levels of innovation, quality, and profitability; and professional success through unique educational opportunities.
