Affiniti Golf Partners Is Now Mosaic Clubs & Resorts

Alpharetta-based Affiniti Golf Partners has joined forces with Hud Hinton to form Mosaic Clubs & Resorts.

An Alpharetta-based golf company has partnered with golf club management veteran and form a new company.

Whitney Crouse and Steve Willy, founding partners of Affiniti Golf Partners, are partnering with Hud Hinton to form the new Mosaic Clubs & Resorts.

The change "creates a club management company focused on managing the world’s most prestigious private and resort clubs for developers, private equity groups and member-owned facilities," the company said.

"We are extremely excited about this new company and this marriage of expertise and entrepreneurial spirit," Crouse said. "Our substantial experience combined with Hud’s history at the world’s largest club management company will make for a great team.”

Hinton, who will become CEO of Mosaic in the process, noted he partnered with Crouse and Willy because he saw "the chance to create another major golf company, one that can bring a great brand to the table while taking advantage of the remarkable systems, training, and infrastructure that Whitney and Steve had developed.

"Their ability to deliver superior financial results really appealed to me,” he added.

Mosaic's portfolio will initially include five to seven clubs, including Waterfall Club in Clayton and Alpharetta's Manor Golf and Country Club.

Mosaic will also continue to manage clubs under the Affiniti name, including Forest Hills Golf Club in Augusta, Cobblestone Golf Course in Acworth and Dutchess Golf Club in Poughkeepsie, New York.
