Shrek the Musical Coming to Alpharetta

CYT Atlanta put together a cast of 82 actors, ages 8-18, for its proudly Fall 2013 production of Shrek the Musical.  Based on the Oscar-winning DreamWorks film, this show will bring the hilarious story of everyone’s favorite ogre to life on the stage.  Shrek the Musical runs Nov. 8-17.

For their 9th season, CYT Atlanta’s cast of 8-18 year olds will entertain all with this family-friendly show.  Local youth from Alpharetta, Cumming, Johns Creek, Milton and Suwanee won parts through auditions in August.  Full of all-new songs, great dancing and breathtaking scenery, Shrek the Musical is part romance, part twisted fairy tale and all irreverent fun.

Shrek the Musical will be performed at The Milton Center, 86 School Drive, Alpharetta. Tickets are $12-15 and can be bought online at the CYT Atlanta website.
