Milton Band Opens for Warrant at Wild Bill's in Duluth

Teens from Milton, Roswell and Johns Creek schools formed Bridge to Grace, a rock band that performs original music.

Bridge to Grace is an up-and-coming rock band from Milton that on Friday, Oct. 14, will open for the band at in Duluth. Yes it’s the same Warrant that rocked the '80s with hits like "Cherrie Pie" and "Uncle Tom's Cabin" and “Heaven.”

Bridge To Grace is a group of young musicians striving to pursue their dream of making a career in the music industry. Lead guitarist, Sixteen-year-old student Alex Cabrera, the band's lead guitarist, founded Bridge To Grace in 2010. He began writing original music at the age of 13 and produced the band’s first EP. 

Other members include, 16-year-old Milton High School student Mitchell Naftal on rhythm guitar, 16-year-old Roswell High School student Christian Lowenstein on bass and 17-year-old Mt. Pisgah High School student Mike Ferrell on drums. Their featured lead vocalist is Devon Lewow, formerly of the Atlanta band Lazy Eye.

Bridge to Grace writes and performs original music. They have performed in a number of local venues including most recently The Masquerade, 37 Main, Red Light Cafe and Eddie’s Attic. They’ve also shared the stage with such prominent artists as Brian Littrell of Backstreet Boys and Mark Cook of the Mark Cook Project.
