Music & Movement Fall Class (Ages 5-8)

Dates: Thursdays, Sept. 13 – Dec. 6 (Weekly for 12 weeks)

Time: 4:30 – 5:15 p.m.
Ages: 5-8 years old
COST: $135 ($202.50 non-Milton Residents)

This class continues teaching the elements of music while children sing, play, create, explore, and move.  Group instrument playing introduces numerous parts for students to play in ensemble, bringing a more developed sense of timing, listening skills, and concentration.

Class also builds on the child's musical literacy foundation (i.e. note reading, musical symbols) and continues to improve physical and literacy skills.  It features captivating musical games, circle dances, passing games, puppets, musical instruments, poetry/rhymes, and children’s literature.

Musical lessons will be created around various themes such as: fall and holidays.
