Saturday, Dec. 3 is sure to have heaps of holiday cheer in Milton, as the city will hold its third annual tree lighting ceremony from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the corner of Ga. 9 and Webb Road.

The tree lighting ceremony will last 30 minutes, from 7 to 7:30 p.m., and include a performance by the Chorale and Milton’s Mayor and City Council counting down to the big moment.

After the tree is lit, good St. Nick will arrive by fire truck to the tune of “Here Comes Santa Claus.”
