Art Workshop Celebrates the Spring Season

Little ones and their parents are invited to enroll in the “Celebrate Spring” Art Workshop sponsored by the City of Alpharetta Recreation and Parks Department.  Children will create a 3-dimensional piece of cut paper art and may choose between an Easter egg, baby chicken, bunny or love bird.  This one-day workshop will be held on Tuesday, March 27, 2012 at the Crabapple Government Center.  Participants will work on basic design, coloring, cutting, gluing and arranging elements to make a piece of hanging art.  Parent or adult must attend and participate in the program.  This is a free workshop, but pre-registration is required by Friday, March 23rd.  All supplies are included.  The workshop will be held from 10:30am to 11:15am for 3 to 5 year olds, and from 11:30am to 12:15pm for 6 and 7 year olds.
