Downtown Alpharetta to Host Food Truck Alley, Arts Streetfest This Week

Thursday night will be the first food truck event in the parking lot off Old Roswell Street, while Main Street will close on Friday and Saturday for the arts event.

Alpharetta resumes its attempts to bring residents and non-residents to downtown Alpharetta this week, using food trucks and art to draw people to this section of the city.

On Thursday night the city will host its first Food Truck Alley, a weekly gathering that will take place on Old Roswell Street with a variety of rotating food trucks and music each week.  Approximately 6-8 food trucks are expected, with seating available on the street.

Alpharetta Food Truck Alley is presented by the City of Alpharetta and Fork In the Road, LLC.  Our live music sponsor is presented by Music Matters.

On Saturday and Sunday, the annual Alpharetta Arts Streetfest returns to Milton Avenue between Main Street (GA 9) and the Roswell/Canton streets intersection.

And the Downtown Alpharetta Farmers Market moves to its new location on Old Canton Street on Saturday. The move was necessary to make room for demolition that precedes the City Center construction.
