Now that it's almost 2014, Valentine's Day isn't that far off. For those fathers who want to take their young duaghters out dancing, the annual Father/Daughter Valentine's Dance on Feb. 7 at the Alpharetta Community Center is the place to be.

Dad's better act quickly as a limited number of tickets are available and the dance sells out every year. Registration is open and runs until Feb. 5 – or until all tickets are sold. Pre-registration is required for the event, which is sponsored by the Alpharetta Recreation and Parks Department.

Ticket prices are $20 for residents (Alpharetta and Milton) and $30 for non-residents. Both fathers and daughters require registration to attend.

Dads and their dazzling dates can attend this event on Friday, Feb. 7 from 7-9 p.m. at the Alpharetta Community Center located at 175 Roswell Street.

This year’s dance theme is Hollywood’s “Night of the Stars!” A special time full of superstar memories awaits participants along with dancing, refreshments, desserts, a keepsake photo and the always stunning DJ light show.  Semi-formal/dressy casual attire is recommended.

For more information about this annual Father/Daughter Valentine’s Dance call 678-297-6100 or email at accprograms@alpharetta.ga.us. Registration can be completed online or at any of the City of Alpharetta’s Recreation Facilities.
