Pretty basic: I wish they would use some of the city's income to buy another $19,000 leaf machine. They only have 1, they tell me and it now takes over 2 months for them to pick up leaves in the same residential areas where they used to pick them up at least weekly. Seems squirrely to me.

Two months seems like a very long time to have to wait for a pickup.

For 2 years in a row now, piles of leaves have been left so long, it has killed the grass in the front of the house(s)-not just mine. This is in "old historic Buford". I even saw the city truck suck up a bunch of leaves from a PAVED, FENCED PARKING LOT of a BUSINESS within site of my house a couple of weeks ago. I guess they pay more city taxes than I do for my little ole domicile. We had leaves raked before Thanksgiving & after Christmas last year AND this year (called 3 times to put in work order). The city finally got them a couple of days ago. Yep, dead grass underneath.
