Mayor Joe Lockwood said those who serve in public safety, "everybody in our military who is serving, has served in the past or unfortunately has given the ultimate sacrifice, they wake up ... every day knowing they may have to give their life to protect us. And they've done that not only for the citizens of Milton, but [also] for the entire country. And for that I want to say thank you, thank you, thank you."
