Great Escape: Wine Tasting In Alpharetta

After a long week of work, activities and running around town with the kids, a night out for adults only is definitely in order. Whether you choose to go on a date night with your spouse or have a girls night out, this grownup time is much needed. This column is dedicated to finding a local escape for you each week.

 Vino 100 offers a wine tasting right here in the Alpharetta-Milton area. Every Saturday from 4:30p.m. until 6:30 p.m., adults over the age of 21 can enjoy a wine tasting. Couples can taste a variety of wines, hang out with other grownups, and learn about wines. Vino 100 also offers a vineyard owner every once in a while.

The cost is $10 a person for the event. Many Saturdays  are charity events and $5 is donated to a local charity. This is a great way to start off a date night or grab a quick couple of hours of alone grownup time.
