Dog Lovers Converge on Alpharetta's Wills Park

Walk4Paws event benefits the University of Georgia Veterinary School.

Wills Park's walking trail filled up with dogs and their masters on Saturday morning for the second annual Walk4Paws event.

Lizbeth Grall, the owner of Pooch Porch in Alpharetta, lost her dog, Diezel, to cancer four years ago, which led her to looking for ways to help battle cancer in canines. She founded Walk4Paws, an event drawing dog lovers who have either lost dogs to cancer or whose canine friends are battling cancer.

The Walk4Paws event benefits the Arch Foundation for the University of Georgia and will benefit the Canine Pathology and Oncology departments at the UGA College of Veterinary Medicine.
