Athletic, Water-Loving Dog Seeks a Home

This week Belle has been chosen as Patch Pet of the Week.

Belle is a beautiful, black pit bull terrier mix who at one and a half years old is looking to find a home where she can grow up and learn to be the best dog possible. This little lady is strong, energetic and loves to spend quality time in the play yards with her favorite people. Belle also loves water and will happily hop in the kiddie pools at the Atlanta Humane Society and swim and splash away.

Belle is still young and learning, so she would do best in a home committed to providing her with structure and training to help her learn how to best behave in her new home. She is sweet and desires to learn but needs someone who is willing to teach her all she needs to know. Belle would do best as the only four-legged member of your family so she can receive all the attention!

Belle is also a really great size for anyone. She is smaller than most pit bull terrier mixes. Despite her weight being forty-two pounds she is actually small in stature and would make a great walking buddy because ideally she should weigh a little less.
