Watch a Movie, Listen to a Concert or See Some Dogs That Really Obey Owners

Atlanta Obedience Dog Show @ Wills Park: The dog show will be held at Wills Park Equestrian Center, 11915 Wills Rd, Alpharetta. Admission is free, and it is open to the public. The show will run from Friday to Sunday. Call 770-982-2453 for specific times.

Warm Bodies in Downtown Alpharetta: The final Movies Off Main! family event will be Friday, Oct. 25, starting at 7 p.m.  Bring your own blankets, chairs or other creature comforts to downtown Alpharetta view the movie on a large screen on Old Roswell Street. Speaking of creatures, this week's movie is "Warm Bodies," a zombie-themed love story. Don't worry too much parents, it's free and rated PG-13.

Former 'Voice' Contestant Performs in Alpharetta: Chris Cauley is in concert at the Velvet Note at 4075 Old Milton Pkwy., Alpharetta. Tickets are $20 for shows at 7:30 p.m. & 9:30 p.m. Reservations can be made online. A scrappy little kid with a guitar. That’s how Chris Cauley describes himself. But anyone who thinks that’s all there is to this talented singer/songwriter/musician doesn’t know the difference between a dandelion and a rose. Chris Cauley has a been a contestant on the second season of The Voice. Based in Atlanta, he has established himself in the city’s indie scene, having released an independent CD.
