DESCRIPTION:Youth Technology Learning Center (YTLC)&nbsp\;is a creative t

 ing. Students will learn to create characters\, backgrounds\, and storie

 ents to the creative process of designing\, drawing\, and creating their

 lly focus on the development process of individual characters including 
 a protagonist\, antagonist\, and minor characters.\nFashion Illustration
 &nbsp\;\nSuggested Ages: &nbsp\;8 to 16YTLC introduces students to the c
 reative process of designing fashion for their own models. This class fo
 cuses on fashion drawing and design concepts as applied to preparing a p
 ortofolio and finished sketches.&nbsp\; Students will be provided with s
