The first thing that hits you when you see Christabel & the Jons perform is lead singer/songwriter Christa DeCicco’s velvety effortless voice. Sultry, southern, and laid back, her classic delivery and stage presence often draws comparisons to Billie Holiday, Madeleine Peyroux, and Norah Jones. While the similarities are there, she’s also developed a sound that’s all her own, with earthy melodies and swingin’ rhythm guitar work. Currently touring the US from coast to coast and Europe, she is quickly solidifying her reputation as one of the country’s finest up and coming folk/jazz singers.

Matilda's art gallery features an eclectic collection of work by 80 folk artists. It also sells jewelry designed by 4 local artists. Everything is sold on consignment. This is truly a world of whimsical delight and creative fancy.
Owner Mary Jane Potter puts her own special touch on how the art is displayed. When you come to visit, and you really should, plan to stay awhile and see all the artwork scattered around the three acres and in various out buildings. You'll probably find something special that you can't live without.
