DESCRIPTION:The Roswell Arts Festival  is held every September on the Ros
 well Square. This year\, the 46th annual event\, will be held on Sept. 1
 5 - 16.&nbsp\;\nThe festival draws quality artisans to  Roswell for the 
 benefit of the   community and  to raise money in support  of the Roswel
 l Recreation and   Parks  Department.\nSince 1966 the festival committee
  has raised over $882\,000 in funds to support recreation and parks in R
 oswell. The  event is sponsored each year by the Roswell Recreation  Ass
 ociation\, a  group that is dynamic in its fundraising efforts for the  
 Roswell  Recreation &amp\; Parks Department.&nbsp\;
