Poor Maddox has been here so long he is beginning to feel like this is more than a temporary stop on his way to his forever home. Meet Puss and Sam the sweetest pair of kitties you will ever know. Both kitties are black and white shorthair mixes with silky soft coats. Eden is a sweet, calico cat who was transferred to the Atlanta Humane Society from a shelter in Alabama who no longer had space for her. Since she has been with us she has started to come out of her shell but is still a timid, shy cat. Six-month-old Archie has been at the Atlanta Humane Society since he was a small puppy. He originally came to our shelter in March and was a transfer from a shelter in Alabama. Originally from Alabama, Lil’ Momma came all the way to the Atlanta Humane Society because her owner had too many animals and could no longer care for them all. Later she was adopted from AHS but, unfortunately, was returned to us in February when her owner relocated and could not bring her along.
