It's just past 7:30 p.m. on Thursday at Taste of Alpharetta, and the sun is low enough that the temperature is dropping, too. Now's a fine time to visit and try some food you'd never chance without at least hearing from a friend how good it is.
Up to 62 restaurants were to set up tents, with everything from cookies to salads to samples of main entrees.
Best spots for parking are Milton Center (Old Milton High) for the shuttle bus, and the Wills Park Equestrian Center to "park and walk."
