Alpharetta High will host Milton High in their football season opener on Aug. 31, according to a schedule released by the GA High School Association.

The 6-AAAAAA Milton Eagles have their home opener a week later against Johns Creek, the first of three home games against North Fulton opponents.

Alpharetta's Raiders, in 5-AAAAAA, hit the road for two weeks, and then settle into a schedule that has every other game at home, starting with games against three Forsyth County high schools.

The schools share Johns Creek and Centennial as opponents.

The Cambridge High Bears open their first football season at home against Riverwood, the first of three home games.
