Citgo is no longer being reported with below $3 a gallon prices. The cheapest places this evening are still Costco and Sam's Club at $3.13. Prices at other stations seem to be about the same as they were this morning with the addition of Kroger stations being $3.16 a gallon. Use your Kroger card to save an additional 10 cents to $1 off each gallon. If you see it cheaper than we are reporting here, let us all know!!!
