Fulton County Helps Improve Credit Scores
Don't pay someone a fortune to fix your credit for you. Find out what steps you can take on your own.
Looking for a way to improve your credit scores but don't know where to turn? You might start with a workshop by the Fulton County Housing and Human Services Department on Tuesday, June 12.
The department will host the workshop at the Ponce de Leon Branch Library on Tuesday, June 12, from 6:30-7:30 p.m. The library is located at 980 Ponce de Leon Avenue in Atlanta.
Residents will learn the value of a good credit score to purchase big-ticket items such as a new home. Equifax Vice President of Public Relations Tim Klein will facilitate the workshop.
The library meets ADA accessibility requirements. Citizens in need of reasonable accommodations and communication in an alternative format, need to contact the Department of Housing and Human Services at (404) 613-7944. For relay-type services, dial 711.
For more information about the workshop, residents may contact Klein at 404-885-8300.
