Alpharetta City Council Leaves City Hall Monday to Discuss City Center
The special called workshop is open to the public.

Alpharetta City Council will go "off site" for a special called workshop meeting on the City Center project this morning.
The Council will meet at 1125 Sanctuary Parkway at 11:30 a.m. All council workshops, like regular meetings and public hearings, are open to the public.
Topics on the workshop agenda portion dealing with City Hall include:
- Guaranteed maximum price - Approval process
- Floor plan changes
- A first review of exterior and interior materials
- An overview and detail of the audio/visual plans for the Council Chambers
This will also be the first discussion of the development pads to go over a review of the process. The four development pads are intended for commercial buildings, and they form a "U" around the town green.
A look at Main Street will be taken as well, as council looks at the section from Academy Street through Marietta Street.
The final planned portin of the workshop will be a discussion of a possible pond at the Alpharetta Library branch that will be built by the county on the City Center site.
