A lively little elf is bringing its “elfcapades” to Alpharetta and is hiding out in Alpharetta businesses waiting for someone to find him and his friends. Participating businesses in Downtown Alpharetta are allowing the elves to hide in their stores from November 1 to December 20 in order to get everyone excited about the holidays.
“We are excited to be a sponsor of the Where’s Elfaretta promotion for its second year”, said Janet Rodgers, President and CEO of the Alpharetta Convention and Visitors Bureau. “We hope visitors enjoy shopping in Downtown Alpharetta and we encourage them to stay the weekend and explore everything Alpharetta has to offer!”
Customers of participating Alpharetta merchants can hunt for the mischievous elves while shopping during store hours and those who find an elf will qualify to win one of five exciting prizes.
"The Where’s Elfaretta promotion is a great way to bring residents and visitors to the Downtown Alpharetta shopping district,” said Donald Mitchell, Alpharetta City Councilman. “We hope customers enjoy hunting for Elfaretta and that they shop in our stores and eat in our restaurants.”
The Where’s Elfaretta promotion is presented by Alpharetta First and the Alpharetta Business Association and is sponsored by the Alpharetta Convention and Visitors Bureau, Donald Mitchell Design and State Bank and Trust Company.
