Are you looking for a great vacation spot, or maybe some diamond earrings for that special someone? Do you need catering or landscaping services. Or maybe for this child, you actually want to see his or her face as the high school diploma is handed over.

These and dozens of more items are available in the auction at the Black & Silver Celebration 2012, which is being held on March 10 from 7-11 p.m. at the Atlanta Marriott-Alpharetta on Windward Parkway.

The Alpharetta High School Foundation is hosting the night, which will include food, a cash bar, dancing, entertainment, live and silent auctions and recognition of this year's Foundation Hall of Fame recipients.

Learn about the mission of the Foundation and its four areas of focus:

1. Academics,
2. Athletics,
3. The Arts,
4. Service to Community.

Learn what the Foundation has accomplished in the three short years since its inception. Learn how the Foundation plans to move forward and continue to propel Alpharetta High into the national spotlight.

The deadline to purchase tickets is Monday, March 5.  Tickets for the event are $50 each and can be purchased online through the AHS Foundation website. Tickets can also be purchased with cash or check. Simply download the order form and mail it to the school, 3595 Webb Bridge Road, 30005, or drop it off at the front office. Please do not mail cash.

The Alpharetta Marriott will have a reserved block of rooms for guests who wish to spend the night on site. Rooms in this block are "standard with breakfast buffet."
