On Saturday Sep 29th, the Alpharetta Marching Raider Band entered their first competition of the season. The 8th Annual White Columns Invitational was hosted by Milton High School and attracts bands from all over Georgia.

All judges awarded the Marching Raiders the highest possible rating of "superior" in band, percussion and colorguard.

In addition the Marching Raiders received first place in their class for percussion, second place in class for colorguard and the band received second place overall in class.

The Marching Raiders will now go on to compete at Choctaw High School in Ft. Walton Beach, FL on Oct 20th.
