Alpharetta, GA- Cassandra Elaine Lamar, 46, of Alpharetta, Georgia, passed away Monday, July 2. Funeral services are Monday, July 9, at 1 P.M., at Union Baptist Church, 1137 Kitchens Street, Macon with burial at Woodlawn Memorial Park. Cassandra, a 2003 graduate of Clark Atlanta University School of Library Science, served as a Children's Librarian in both Macon and Savannah, Georgia. She later moved to Alpharetta, where she became an Adult Services Librarian.
